Who do you supply foodservice products to?
We supply catering and foodservice products to takeaway restaurants, pubs, leisure venues, coffee shops and cafes, quick-service restaurants, full-service restaurants, hotels, bars, and any business operating a commercial kitchen.

What delivery days can you offer me?
Your available delivery days appear during your checkout process. These delivery days are agreed in line with your account manager. If you require further assistance, please contact us.

Can I search for products with specific dietary requirements?
Yes, when you’re on the product list screen, filter the products by dietary requirements on the left hand side of the screen. Simply select the specific requirement e.g. Halal and a list of all the products that meet your criteria will be displayed.

Where do you deliver to?
We offer nationwide delivery across Great Britain, including London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Brighton, Kent, and many other locations. Use the postcode look up on the become a customer page to see if we cover your area.

Yes, you can download our MyUrban app so you can order anytime from anywhere. Search for Urban Foodservice in your chosen app store and simply sign in.

Is there a quick and easy way to re-order online?
You can use your order history to create an online order form, which you will then be able to continuously add new lines to, as you wish or you can even create order forms for essential product lists.

We stock over 10,000 foodservice products, including fresh produce, frozen foods such as chips, meat, poultry and seafood, ambient pantry staples, beverages and alcohol, takeaway packaging, and professional cleaning supplies, making us your one-stop shop.

How often do prices change?
We continuously source the best quality products, at competitive prices, to ensure we keep our pricing stable. Our online shop has live pricing functionality, so our current prices will always be visible on your MyUrban account.

What prices do I get with Urban Foodservice?
One of our key selling points is that our pricing structure is transparent. We have a set price list which is visible for all trading customers to see once they log in to MyUrban.

Is there a quick/easy way to re-order online?
You can browse your order history and simply add porducts to your basket. Our order forms feature allows you to create essential product lists, so you can check out without having to refer to your shopping list. Set up a standing order to ensure those essential recipe items are always on their way to you.

How do I pay?
You can pay by credit or debit card when placing your order at which point your card will be pre-authorised. We will only charge you at the time of delivery.

What is the minimum order value to get a next day delivery?
You simply need to place an order over £175. If your order is below the minimum then you will be unable to submit it.

How will I know when my delivery will arrive?
On checkout, you can choose a day for your order to be delivered.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order 24/7 online by logging into your account on MyUrban. For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 16:00 Monday-Friday and Sunday.
