You can order with us 24/7 - either online or through our dedicated App, ( available through the App Store or Google Play) .If you like a human touch, we also offer a Telesales service from 8:30-16:00 Monday-Friday and 12:00-16:00 on Sundays.

PAPERLESS BILLING

Everything we do is digital and we run a paperless billing/invoicing system. We also run "clean invoicing" with both cash and card payments.

SIGN ON GLASS

Sick of chasing credit notes? At Urban, we operate a clean invoicing system. At point of delivery you are in control to accept or decline products; our Sign on Glass technology captures your signature digitally. This creates the invoice, which is emailed to you direct. This can save time and paperwork and provides instant electronic proof-of-delivery, which can streamline other processes.

FLEXIBLE 6-DAY A WEEK DELIVERY

We offer next day delivery to all areas Monday- Saturday, with a minimum order of £175.00. You can check our delivery postcodes here .

To reduce the amount of miles your food travels from us to your door, we have delivery depots central to all of our delivery points. Sustainability is key to our business strategy and something we consider in everything we do. PRESENTATION

Born in London in 2017 we have grown into a national foodservice company supported by our parent company Bidfood and the BFS Group. During this period of growth, we have progressed from a localised speciality option into a service that operates nationwide.


During this journey we have never lost sight of the need to remain ‘local’ and our growth reflects the fact we will always put you, our customer first. Our strategy is simple, we do everything that other foodservice companies do - but better and just as the caterer would want it.
